Here at Making Small Farms Work AB (”Making Small Farms Work AB”, “the Company” “we”, “us”, “our”), we respect your privacy concerns and have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) for you to know how the information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Websites, who view only publicly available content (“Visitors”), and to users who register with us (“Registered Users”) wishing to purchase a product or service through our Websites.

We collect and/or receive the following types of information:
Contact Information: When you sign up to receive our newsletter, get on a wait-list, participate in a giveaway, respond to a survey, download a resource, register for a class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with information about yourself, e.g. your name, address, email address and phone number (the “Contact Information”). We use the Contact Information to be able to provide the requested product or service and to contact you for direct marketing of our current and future products and services.
Order Information: When you place an order, we collect information (the “Order Information”) about which product or service you wish to purchase in order to be able to fulfil the order.
Billing Information: When you want to make a purchase from us, you are required to provide certain additional information besides that outlined under Contact Information and Order Information, such as a debit/credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes and the like (“Billing Information”). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, and we do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.
Other Information: We may also collect information outside of the above mentioned (“Other Information”). Other Information may include:
a. Additional information that you voluntarily provide us in a survey or the like, such as your age, gender, profession and other non-personally identifying information.
b. Additional information from your activity on our Websites that is recorded by the standard operation of our internet servers, such as your IP address, your browser and your operating system.
c. Additional information collected by the use of cookie technology. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. This includes comments you make using comment sections or forums on the Websites, on our product spaces, in our social media groups, on our social media pages or on online classes and gatherings such as webinars. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION, THAT YOU PROVIDE USING ANY SUCH FEATURES. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PUBLIC INFORMATION AND MAY BE SEEN, COLLECTED OR USED BY ANY USER OF THE WEBSITES, PRODUCT SPACES, SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS, SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES OR WEBINARS. Any information that you transmit using a social media platform like Facebook or Instagram or on a web conference platform is subject to the privacy policies of these companies.
We do not share your information with anyone unless necessary. Necessary cases include, but are not limited to, our contracting with other companies to provide business-related services such as customer service, technical support, order fulfilment, payment processing, promotions and business operations. We may also be required by law to disclose personal information.
You can opt out at any time from having your personal information used for direct marketing uses by emailing the instructions to [email protected]. We will process you request as soon as we can. You will also find an subscribe link at the bottom of all our emails.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, however this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Therefore we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit via the internet and you do so accepting that it is at your own risk.
